APMCM is now in its 10th year. Registration for this contest will be closed at 12:00 noon on November 25, 2020. Solstice will be officially launched on November 30, 2020 on November 26.
The 10th Asia-pacific College Students Mathematical Contest in Modeling in 2020 is a subject competition for College Students in the Asia-Pacific region sponsored by Beijing Image and Graphics Society. The competition is organized by the Organizing Committee of the Asia-pacific College Students Mathematical Contest in Modeling.
This competition is open to university students in the Asia-Pacific region. The number of participants in the ninth competition has reached nearly 20,000. The number of participating universities has reached 506, including 39 universities of 985 (covering all 985 universities) and 111 universities of 211.
After more than nine years of development, APMCM has become an influential basic discipline and applied science and technology competition in the Asia-Pacific region.
The competition lasts for four days. The participants are full-time college students from ordinary universities. The team consists of 1-3 college students (with a tutor).
The questions and materials are in English. Students are required to write their answers in English.
Outstanding contestants are invited to attend the Academic Conference on Graphics Technology and Applications (IGTA), where the winners will be awarded.

[Award Setting]
This competition sets grade award, excellent organization award, excellent instructor award.
The scale of the level award is as follows.
"Asia-pacific Cup" Innovation Award: 4 (2 per question), 1000 yuan/team + certificate;
First prize: 5%, certificate;
Second Prize: 15%, certificate;
Third Prize: 25%, certificate;
Successful entry award.
